Scriptures are my first "go to." But I learned this little tip for when you're in the middle of feeling anxious.
- Look around the room and identify 3 things.
- Take 3 deep breaths: "in" to a count of 4, hold for 4 and out 4.
- Take a drink of water.
- Think of 3 things you love to do.
